Refund and Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at FruiteMart.com. We take pride in delivering fresh and high-quality fruits and dry fruits to your doorstep. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Refund & Return Eligibility
We offer refunds and replacements under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, spoiled, or defective.
- You received the wrong product. (Replacement OR Refund)
- The item is missing from your order. (Refund)
We strongly recommend to check the product at the time of delivery. To be eligible for a refund or replacement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. Largely, there are only two things that can go wrong:
A. Quality Issue: There is a possibility that a product may miss quality checks and a spoiled product reaches you. In such a case, immediately WhatsApp the pictures of the product to us, and we will replace the product or initiate a refund
B. Delivery Mishandling: The Delivery Person may mishandle the product, causing damage. The Store takes full responsibility for this situation, However, we strongly advice you to check the items before accepting the delivery.
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
2. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items
Due to the perishable nature of our products, the following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:
- Change of mind after delivery.
- Partially consumed items.
- Incorrect storage leading to spoilage.
3. How to Request a Refund or Return?
If you experience an issue, please follow these steps:
- Take clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item.

- I will personally review the request and respond within 24 hours.
- Once approved, you may receive a replacement or refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your payment provider, as processing times may vary.

5. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing them for a full refund.
- After the 2-hour window, cancellations are not possible due to the perishable nature of our products.
